Acceptance of terms
By accessing vincerescaling.com or engaging Vincere Scaling LLC ("Vincere," "we," "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services
Vincere provides local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, review-generation systems, local citations, backlinks, blog content, keyword research, monthly reporting, and custom website builds for home services, construction, and manufacturing businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in each client's signed engagement.
Engagements and payment
All monthly retainers require a minimum commitment of three (3) months, billed monthly. After the initial 3 months, clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once onboarding begins. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until brought current. Full payment terms live in each client's engagement agreement, which controls in the event of conflict with this page.
Client responsibilities
To deliver the services, we need timely access to your Google Business Profile (as Manager), website admin, brand assets, and other materials described at onboarding. Delays in providing access, approvals, or content may extend timelines. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, including business details, service areas, hours, licensing, and any claims made on their website.
Ownership
Clients retain 100% ownership of their domain, Google Business Profile, and any content they provide. Websites we build are deployed to the client's domain and remain the client's property. Vincere retains ownership of internal templates, playbooks, tooling, and methodologies used to deliver the work.
No guarantee of specific rankings or results
SEO and local presence depend on factors outside anyone's direct control, including Google's algorithms, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue. We do commit to the deliverables and process described in your engagement, executed on a defined monthly cadence.
Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, review platforms). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by those platforms. Clients agree to follow each platform's terms of service.
Confidentiality
Each party will treat non-public information shared during the engagement as confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vincere's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services or this site is limited to the amount paid by the client to Vincere in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vincere is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
