When we manage a client's Google Business Profile, website, or review pipeline, we are added as a Manager — never the Primary Owner. Clients retain full ownership of their domain, website content, and Google assets at all times. We only access what is necessary to perform the service and never transfer client data to unrelated third parties.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting — to protect the information we hold.
